I received my first bottle of Respiration in my monthly subscription a few months back and love it. I have asthma and it really helps to breathe and bring up mucus when I’m having trouble breathing! I recently order this for my 86 year old mom that suffers with COPD. She got a cold a few months back and has had this lingering cough with mucus. We will start using it in her diffuser soon and I anticipate it helping her to loosen the mucus with her cough. It has become one of the staple oils I keep on hand!

This feels and smells so amazing! I love it.

I was so excited to get my package today. I immediately had to open it. The Smokeless Smudge Roll On is a fantastic idea and smells wonderful. I also received a package of Muscle Soak bath salts. I can't wait to try them. Also the aromatherapy nose ring is brilliant, I have the perfect person in mind to give it to. The French Lavender Body Butter smells and feels amazing. I am SO glad I subscribed for the monthly boxes. I have been telling everyone about the box all day!

I couldn't decide whether to order the ArthroSoothe Cream or the Willow Bark Cream so I ordered both. I alternate each day. I have found I need use them only once a day on my hands. That's all I need. So as far as pain relief goes, they are the same. The pump on the ArthroSoothe dispenser was impossible for me to get started, but my husband did. And the Willow Bark Cream is a lot less expensive.
